1. Nature of Service

TaskVerified is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) management platform designed to facilitate collaboration between businesses (Employers) and their existing service providers (Freelancers). TaskVerified is NOT a marketplace, an employment agency, a talent headhunter, or a legal advisor. We do not provide matching services, nor do we vet the professional competence or legal eligibility of the users on the platform.

2. No Employment Relationship

The use of TaskVerified does not create an employer-employee relationship, a partnership, a joint venture, or an agency relationship between TaskVerified and any user. All engagements managed through the platform are strictly between the Employer and the Freelancer. TaskVerified is a neutral tool provider and is not a party to any task, project, or contract established between users.

3. Financial & Payment Disclaimer

TaskVerified acts as a high-fidelity settlement ledger and evidence vault. We do NOT hold funds in escrow, process payments directly, or provide financial services. All monetary settlements must be performed manually through external third-party rails (e.g., Bank Transfer, Stripe, Wise). TaskVerified is not responsible for:

• ●The successful arrival or clearance of funds.
• ●Banking fees, exchange rate fluctuations, or intermediary bank delays.
• ●Incorrect payment routing information provided by users.
• ●Failure of either party to initiate or acknowledge a payment.

4. Non-Mediation & "Logs-Only" Protocol

TaskVerified does not provide mediation, arbitration, or dispute resolution services. We do not investigate claims of non-performance or financial debt beyond what is captured in our automated logs. Our role is strictly limited to providing the immutable activity and payment evidence ("Logs") associated with a Task ID. TaskVerified and its personnel shall not be:

• ●Asked or subpoenaed to become a party to any dispute between users.
• ●Required to appear in any physical or virtual court, tribunal, or legal hearing.
• ●Held liable for resolving project misunderstandings or financial disagreements.

5. "The Robot PM" & Automated Tools

Our platform provides automated quality gates (Robot PM), Contamination Intelligence scans (via proprietary verification partners), and performance metrics. These tools are intended to assist human judgment and provide objective data points; they are NOT definitive or infallible:

• ●AI Contamination Scans are probability-based indicators and may return false positives or negatives.
• ●Validation Rules (Robot PM) only check for objective technical parameters (e.g., file types, word counts) and do not guarantee the subjective quality or accuracy of the content.
• ●Trust Scores and Quality Metrics are based on historical platform data and are not a guarantee of future performance.

6. Work Verification & "Forensic" Trails

While we provide SHA-256 cryptographic hashing and tamper-evident audit trails, TaskVerified does not guarantee that the work submitted by a freelancer is original, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. The term "Forensic-Grade" refers to the technical integrity of the activity logs. For maximum legal and operational defensibility, users are strongly advised to perform 100% of their management—including all communication, file handovers, and rework requests—exclusively within the TaskVerified application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskVerified is only liable for its own business operational errors and technical infrastructure mistakes. We are not liable for the outcome of partnerships managed via our tools. TaskVerified shall not be liable for:

• ●Disputes between Employers and Freelancers.
• ●Content accuracy or intellectual property infringements by users.
• ●Service interruptions, data loss from sovereign storage integrations, or security breaches (unless caused solely by our gross negligence).
• ●Loss of backup codes or 2FA device access by the user.

8. External Links & Previews

The platform allows users to submit and preview external links (e.g., Figma, Google Docs, Canva). TaskVerified does not control the content of these external sites and is not responsible for any malicious content, data harvesting, or inaccuracies found on third-party platforms.
